EXHIBITOR/AUTOJUMBLE BOOKING....To enter the show either download a booking form or CONTACT US and we willpost one to you.We will post passes, maps and, where applicable, plaque vouchers 2-3 weeksbefore the show weekend.On receipt of a completed booking form we will add you to our mailing list soyou will automatically be sent a booking form next year.Please ensure correct postage is on all correspondence - underpaid items willbe returned.We will accept postal entries for the 2013 show up to May 3rd..CLUB BOOKING....Because we have limited space we do not accept block bookings from clubs. We ask that each club member enters individually, making sure they put theclub name in the space provided. We will then allow sufficient space for thenumber of vehicles entered, i.e. if 10 of your club members pre-enter we willgive you a club space for 10 cars, if 50 enter you get space for 50 cars and soon. Members can continue to enter up to a week before the show which iswhen we allocate spaces. We are happy if you wish to collect the entries fromyour members and send them in one envelope, and we will post passes etcback to the club organiser if so requested. Public liability insurance is not arequirement but we ask that if you do not have it, you are careful about flagpoles, banners, etc. You may give away or sell club related items such asleaflets, badges, tee-shirts, etc. but you may not sell spares, etc.
